After a scenic drive through Vietnam’s countryside and rice paddies, you’ll arrive at Ha Long Bay, one of the country’s most recognizable natural landscapes. From there, you’ll board a comfortable traditional-style cruise boat and set out among the limestone islands that rise from the water.

The afternoon includes a freshly prepared lunch on board, time to take in the views from the deck, and a sampan ride to a floating village for a closer look at life on the bay. Later, you’ll return to the boat for a Vietnamese cooking class as the day winds down.

The evening is relaxed, with time to enjoy dinner, sit on the upper deck, try squid fishing, play cards with the group, or simply take in the quiet of the bay.
