Itinerary - Bali
This Week is For You
What You’ll Gain on This Bali CME Retreat
Healthcare work asks a lot of people: long days, constant decision-making, and very little time to step back. This Bali CME Retreat is designed to create space for that pause.
Throughout the week, you’ll have time for yoga, wellness-focused CME/CE, cultural experiences, good meals, and unstructured time to rest. The setting in Ubud supports a slower rhythm, with mornings overlooking the valley, guided experiences nearby, and afternoons that leave room for spa time, reflection, or exploring on your own.
The goal is not to fill every hour. It is to give you practical tools for resilience and sustainable performance, while also offering time to reconnect with yourself, your work, and a small group of people who understand the demands of healthcare.
Daily yoga and wellness sessions are included in this Bali CME Retreat and are designed with healthcare professionals in mind. Classes focus on mobility, strength, breath, recovery, and nervous system regulation, with an approachable pace for both beginners and experienced yoga students.
The wellness component of the retreat supports the CME/CE curriculum by giving participants practical tools for stress management, resilience, and sustainable performance in healthcare. Optional experiences may include breathwork, meditation, sound healing, spa time, or quiet time to rest between cultural activities.
You do not need prior yoga experience to join. The week is designed to meet you where you are, with a balance of guided movement, wellness education, cultural immersion, and unstructured time in Ubud.
COMO Uma Ubud is the home base for this Bali CME Retreat, located just outside the center of Ubud and set above the Tjampuhan Valley. The property offers a quiet setting with easy access to rice terraces, temples, local markets, cafés, and cultural sites throughout Ubud.
Rooms are comfortable and understated, with natural textures, valley views, and a calm setting for rest between activities. Guests also have access to the infinity pool, open-air yoga pavilion, COMO Shambhala spa, and nourishing meals throughout the week.
We chose COMO Uma Ubud because it supports the overall rhythm of the retreat: quiet mornings, wellness-focused CME/CE, yoga and movement, cultural exploration, and time to rest. It feels peaceful without being remote, which makes it a strong fit for a small-group wellness and cultural retreat in Bali.
