Many of our trips include options for additional excursions and activities. When you book early, you get first dibs on these additional options such as booking an optimal time for a massage at a hotel during our itinerary or securing your spot on a hot air ballon ride.

Early bookings often come with more flexible payment options. When you book more than 4 months out, you get the option for 2-3 payment plans- making it easier for you to budget and plan your finances.

Once you are booked with MedTreks, we send you a detailed Welcome Package with flight information, destination specifics, detailed day-to-day itinerary, packing list and travel resources. Booking early allows you to have plenty of time to prepare for your adventure, from ensuring your passport is up to date to getting any necessary vaccinations from your medical provider.
More Time for CME Pre-Study
Our tours don’t just offer an adventure; they’re a learning experience that requires some pre-trip preparation. Booking early gives you ample time to engage with pre-study materials at your own pace, ensuring you get the most out of the CME components of the trip.

While many of our travelers book a MedTreks trip with their buddy or loved-one, we also have many travelers who are going solo and looking for travel buddies. Many of our trips offer a “virtual meet & greet” where we have a zoom meeting 3 months out to discuss the upcoming trip and personally answer any questions you have.
